Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping is free on orders of $69 or more, which covers every gift set, every 13.75 oz candle and any two 9 oz candles. Below $69, shipping is a flat $8.

Where we ship
US orders only for now. We ship to all 50 states.

How long it takes
Your order ships within 2–3 business days (3–4 during the holiday season). Delivery then takes 5–7 business days anywhere in the US, so expect your candle within 7–10 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.

Cancelling an order
Email us at care@thesolstead.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order is already in preparation and can no longer be cancelled.

Changing your address
Email us at care@thesolstead.com with your order number and the new address. We can update the address until the order reaches the shipping carrier. Once it has reached the shipping carrier, we are no longer able to make any changes.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, or tracking has not moved for 7 days, email us at care@thesolstead.com with your order number. We'll trace it with the shipping carrier and, if it can't be found, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged candles
If your candle arrives damaged, email us at care@thesolstead.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and two photos:
• The damaged candle still inside the box, before you take it out
• The candle on its own, after you've taken it out
That's all we need to send a replacement free. Nothing needs to be sent back.
